How does my team get in?
A team owner invites teammates by email, and each person gets a one-time setup link to choose their name and password. New members can belong to just Offis — no other apps to learn.
List view or board view?
Both, on the same tasks. Use the list for filtering, sorting and bulk actions, and the board to drag tasks between statuses. Save any filter as a one-tap view, and give each team its own key prefix so tasks read like OPS-42.
Can Offis handle time off?
Yes — leave management is built in. Team members apply for leave and the team head approves it, with a month calendar, a who’s-out view, and a per-member summary along the reporting line.
Does it work on my phone?
